These Terms govern your access to and use of Tabadul. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Tabadul you confirm that you have authority to bind your company and that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with the Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Services

Tabadul provides a regulated marketplace where verified Saudi companies can post workforce requests, submit proposals, negotiate, and sign mediated contracts. We are a facilitator — the contract itself is between requester and supplier.

3. Account & Eligibility

Accounts are reserved to legally registered KSA companies with a valid CR Number. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Compliance Obligations

All users must comply with Saudi labor regulations (Nitaqat, GOSI, WPS, Ajeer where applicable). Compliance documents you upload must be authentic, current, and your own. Tabadul may verify, suspend, or remove accounts that fail compliance review.

5. Fees & Payments

Platform fees are disclosed before a contract is signed. Monthly payments follow the agreed schedule. Tabadul does not hold worker wages — they are paid through WPS by the supplier as the legal employer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tabadul is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Tabadul is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from disputes between requesters and suppliers.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
